Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item you have all
rights to do so.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us at: support@domistica.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

Provide us with your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our
customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if
the return is approved.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and
must include all accessories, manuals and documentation. Domistica
reserves the right to deny return from justifiable reasons, in particular when the
returned item does not meet conditions specified above or there is a suspicion that
the item have been used or the Client abuses its right to refund.

Important Update:
As of April 3, 2025, Domistica no longer covers return shipping costs. All return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

Orders placed before April 3, 2025 and returned within the return window will still be eligible for free return shipping covered by Domistica.

Customers who placed their order after April 3, 2025, are kindly asked to contact us via email at support@domistica.com to receive detailed information regarding the return process.
